The vegetation of the Western Cape consists of Fynbos, Renosterveld, Strandveld , Succulent Karoo and Afromontane Forest.

Fynbos consists of over 8500 species and nearly 70% being endemic to the Western Cape - which means that they are found nowhere else in the world. The Cape Peninsula has about 160 endemic plant species - the highest endemism for any area of similar size anywhere in the world.

Elaine is offering specialist half-day, day and overnight tours around the Western Cape. These tours are personalized to accommodate YOU the client. Whatever your interest a special itinerary will be developed to suit your requirements.
